Salty Tide Weddings & Retreat grew from a love of this place, the water, the gardens, the sunsets, and the feeling that life slows down a little here.
Salty Tide was created to offer a wedding experience that feels personal, relaxed and meaningful, a place where couples can celebrate with the people closest to them, surrounded by nature and without the pressure of a large, traditional wedding.
The goal is simple: to take care of the details so couples can be fully present for the moments that matter most.
From intimate ceremonies and thoughtfully prepared decor to overnight stays and quiet mornings after the celebration, Salty Tide is designed for love stories that deserve to feel completely their own.

Our Story Begins May 15, 2027
Salty Tide Weddings & Retreat officially opens May 15, 2027, but you don't have to wait to begin planning your special day. Private appointments and venue tours are available now.
Follow along as our romantic retreat on the shores of the Minas Basin, home to the world's highest tides, comes to life. We'll be sharing daily glimpses of the transformation, from creating beautiful gardens and enchanting ceremony spaces to decorating The Tide House and adding all the thoughtful details that will make Salty Tide truly magical.
